Update From Ayaan

Ayaan- So apparently Kaya is way better at keeping up the blog than I am. Before I even have time to think about writing one, she tells me she is submitting one. Time is going by so much faster now that we are past the halfway point. Our professors are beginning to remind us how we only have three weeks of classes left. I can’t believe it. Unfortunately the final exam period here lasts a month so even when classes are over with we will still be here for another month. The week after our last week of classes we plan to travel to this place called Greene Turtle Lodge, which apparently is a popular place to go that I assume has great scenery and wildlife. As you all already know the family (Mom, Dad, and Cailey) are coming up April 2nd-9th. We are so excited and are counting the days. The day they leave we are planning to go to Mole National Park with some friends where we will hopefully see some elephants and other cool exotic animals. Like Kaya said, our trip to Shai Hill was so beautiful because it was the epitome of the Africa we were hoping to get to see. Accra, where we are most the time is a city and there is not that much vegetation, much less wildlife.  Final exam time will be a good time for us to do some last minute traveling because most our exams are about a week apart from each other. We have to find some way besides studying to make the time go by.
